It’s hard to believe now that this actress once through rejections and failures. She had her bad phase where her films flopped one after the other. Things were not looking good for her when suddenly everything changed. She became the first actress to have four blockbusters in one year. She recently gave an interview to a leading magazine where she told the editor that a superstar once rejected her for a role in a film that was being produced by a leading production house.
Here’s the thing. We have heard about how this superstar takes control of who is cast in his films. We thought that he only wanted talented actors because in another film of his, he refused to allow the director to cast this flopped (at that time) actor in his film. That’s what we thought! He cares about talent, but when he decided to cast this hit actress, who’s not known for her acting skills, we had to rethink this superstar’s intentions. As it turned out, he is interested to cast hit actresses irrespective of acting skills or not! At the end of the day, all superstars are insecure!

I had once been to a movie theatre,where the many people stood on their seats and danced and sang loud to Munni Badnaam hui song from Dabang… After the show,there were some liquor bottles,the seats were torn and the floor was littered beyond imagination… I suppose such things happen…
@Amanda. I have seen the same sort of thing. Liquor bottles, standing on seats on jumping, cheap comments and whistling. It is not a family environment at all. Actually, because of this I’ve stopped watching movies in theatres unless I badly want to see it as soon as it comes out.

Kat is a user and manipulative woman. The world knows it. She has proven it by her actions. I don’t know about that stripper thing so won’t comment. But in every ad (See her recent one too) and photo shoots, she only has seductive expressions and short dresses. It’s hard to get is she selling any product or herself till lastv2 secs where the product name appears. Be it paint , chocolate, clothing ,slice or watches. She is just overhyped and overrated. Even Kareena was the number one actress for like 2 years or something. Even though I’m not a Katrina, I will admit she was the number 1 actress a few years back.
And just because she was the first actress to get married from the current gen people are overhyping her all over again. Actresses like Kareena and Kajol got married at the prime of their careers to people whose popularity, fame,stardom and box office pull was lesser than them. Anu got married to a man more popular, famous and richer than her. Her brand value, popularity and stardom doubled when she got married to Virat. So it was more beneficial to get married at this point of her career.
