I was wondering whether Salman Khan would be left behind on the Khan hosting bandwagon. No, I don’t think hosting ‘Bigg Boss’ counts as it’s not exactly a huge and prestigious event like an awards show. Salman made his first debut as a host at the Star Guild Awards 2013, an award show that was previously known as the Apsara Awards. Since they don’t really air award shows live these days, I can’t tell you how it went, but I’m curious to see what Salman will bring to the table as a host. Aside from hosting Salman made an appearance on the red carpet as did Vidya Balan, Sridevi, Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra, Abhishek Bachchan and Arjun Kapoor.
