Jennifer Lawrence, One Direction and Miley Cyrus are in the Guinness World Records

Guinness World Records was a show I enjoyed watching as a kid, but little did I know that one day people that I know will get in the Guinness World Records. People I know, as in celebrities, like Jennifer Lawrence, One Direction and Miley Cyrus. I don’t really know One Direction, but I do know they are a British boyband and that’s about it.

Jennifer Lawrence is an actress and she has entered the Guinness World Records after becoming the most successful film heroine. That’s a pretty nice achievement to have for someone with no acting background. Jennifer has two huge franchises, which are ‘X-Men’ and ‘Hunger Games’. Both movies, especially ‘Hunger Games’ went on to be the biggest box office hits ever! Not only box office hits, Jennifer is also a hit at award shows where she has already been nominated at the Oscars several times and won once for the best actress for her role in ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ in 2013. She went on to win the Best Supporting Actress at the Golden Globe for ‘American Hustle‘.

One Direction also have their own sweet spot in the Guinness World Records because they are the first British boyband, whose three consecutive albums have reached the top of the US charts!

It’s hard to believe that Miley Cyrus too has entered the Guinness World Records, but it’s a fact and that’s because Miley is the most searched popstar on the internet. Speaking of Miley, it was a really nice gesture she did at the MTV Video Music Awards 2014 or the VMAs where she brought this homeless teen guy to accept her award on her behalf. In doing so, she helped create awareness on runaway teens and urged fans to donate to help runaway teens.
