This is probably the first time that two films have managed to equally earn a lot of money at the same time. ‘Baahubali’ was released in July 2015 and so far, the movie has managed to earn Rs 570 crore. ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ made more than Rs 600 crore so far. ‘Baahubali’ has taken the world by storm since its release in five languages. It stars Prabhas and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles. ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ stars Salman Khan and was released for Eid this year. Rs 600 crore is not that far for ‘Baahubali’ as it is still running in cinemas with a full audience. The second part of the film will be released later next year. So far, both ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ have not yet crossed the worldwide grossing of ‘PK’. But so far, ‘Baahubali’ is the highest grossing film in India.
