Yes, you read that right! Rumour has it that Aamir Khan and Salman Khan had a fall-out. Now the reasons why aren’t clear yet, but everyone is giving out the same reasons. One is the fact that Aamir Khan went around claiming that the fact that Salman Khan has signed ‘Sultan’ in which he plays a wrestler might have started it all. We all know how Aamir Khan has been going around with a big head and an even bigger body, it’s all for his role in ‘Dangal’ in which he plays a wrestler. Salman will build his body for ‘Sultan’ just two months before he starts shooting for the film. Aamir, meanwhile, has been in training for the last six months or so. That said, what Aamir is afraid is Salman taking all the credit and glory for the role as ‘Sultan’ releases during Eid 2016 while ‘Dangal’ will release during Christmas 2016. Aamir feels that the audience will feel a sense of deja-vu when his film releases.
Aamir is keeping a close tab on Salman’s ‘Sultan’, so much so that he requested Aditya Chopra (the producer) to change the shooting locations when he found out the director of ‘Sultan’ was planning on shooting in Haryana, a place where ‘Dangal’ will also be shot. Salman, when he found out about Aamir’s antics, didn’t take his requests too lightly.
The second thing that seemed to have gotten Salman Khan angry is how Aamir Khan has been going around at a recent party, which was hosted by Salman, telling everyone there how he was approached for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and how he recommended Salman for the role instead. While everyone thought it was a joke by Aamir, he kept repeating the same thing until the director of the film had to speak up to say that he never offered Aamir the role and that he always had Salman.
When Salman was asked about this at a press conference he had this to say:
Aamir told me that the writer had approached him and he suggested my name. Now it’s either Aamir saab’s generosity or….
It is said that Salman and Aamir are not even on talking terms at the moment. Let’s see what will happen! Will they make up this silly fight or will it go on for years like it did for Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan?
