In the second week of its release, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ has taken over ‘Dilwale’ at the box office. This goes to show that people living overseas have taste in movies! No kidding! Despite Shah Rukh Khan’s efforts of marketing ‘Dilwale’ overseas, more people are still choosing to watch ‘Bajirao Mastani’. It’s hard to say for now whether the people overseas are watching ‘Bajirao Mastani’ for Ranveer Singh or Deepika Padukone or both, or maybe they are watching it because it’s a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. We all know ‘Dilwale’ will at the beginning perform well because people are excited to see Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol back together after so long on the big screen. But again in this battle, WOM (word of mouth) got around that spending money on ‘Bajirao Mastani’ was better than wasting it on ‘Dilwale’ (not our words, but directly from a movie watcher, who went to see ‘Dilwale’ with so much enthusiam).
