Written and directed by Gauri Shinde, ‘Dear Zindagi’ has Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt as its lead stars. When this movie was in the making, there were a lot of rumours about it. There was even a blind item on OSOP about it. Now it seems that the movie is done filming and Karan Johar must be breathing a sigh of relief; you know, as he didn’t put Fawad Khan in a special appearance in this one! Another rumour was that Shah Rukh Khan is in a special appearance role in this movie while Alia Bhatt is the lead. But, it seems that KJo couldn’t hold his horses. What we mean is that Karan didn’t want to take any chances since Alia on her own is not that bankable anymore. Hence that’s why SRK and Alia are both on the first poster of ‘Dear Zindagi’. Speaking of the film, if it is directed by the same woman, who wrote and directed ‘English Vinglish’, it could be a good one. Let’s just wait and see when the trailer releases.
