Hillary Clinton on Donald Trump as President

In her painful concession speech, Hillary Clinton urged the American people and her supporters to give Donald Trump a chance as the President of the United States of America. As dignified as she is, Hillary said that she called Donald to congratulate him and offered to work together with him. A step that she also took when she was running to be elected as the Democratic nominee opposite Barack Obama. As you remember, she did work with President Obama as Secretary of State, a post she retired as to run for President of the United States. Sadly, her dream of becoming the first female President of the U.S. will never come true, as she announced in her speech that she hopes another woman will run for President in the future. With that, people thought she was hinting at Michelle Obama running for president in 2020. She didn’t give a speech on the night she found out she lost because she was probably too shocked, as was everyone else in her party who were confident they got everything under control. When the counting of the votes was done yesterday morning, it was discovered that Hillary did, in fact, get more popular votes than Donald Trump. Unfortunately, it’s only the electoral college votes that count. Here’s Hillary Clinton talking about how the American people should accept Donald Trump as President. To be honest, she was really dignifided. We thought maybe she would come out and say, “What the HELL, America?”. Because it’s exactly what America deserves to hear!

Hillary Clinton hopes Donald Trump will be a good President

Last night, I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country. I hope that he will be a successful president for all Americans. Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and a chance to lead.
