All eyes are on this star and the next movie he will sign next. The blind item seems to confirm what was going around last year. It was said that this filmmaker wanted this superstar to take over his most famous franchise. The superstar was always his original choice, but since he wasn’t able to commit his dates, the director had to go with another actor. This franchise literally gave the other actor’s career a new life! Coincidentally, the other actor is also waiting for this director to kickstart the other part of this franchise.
So, the superstar was quite bitter that he lost the opportunity to be in this film years ago, particularly since this film became a huge success. Now, it seems the director did go to this star to takeover the next phase of this franchise but the star declined citing a strange reason.
If he thinks that strange reason is why his last film flopped badly, he needs to go through it again. It wasn’t that reason the film didn’t work, it was a ridiculous film and his character was one of the worst characters he has ever portrayed!
Maybe he is just making this reason since he doesn’t want to offend his friend by taking on this famous franchise. It makes sense if he had that intention in mind. Since everyone is waiting what he is going to do next, doing this film is just not it!
Check out the blind item from Mumbai Mirror. It will be interesting to see if he does indeed sign with this South Indian director. We saw his first film and it was nice. His latest film is a huge hit so the star might be tempted. You know how he likes to work with hitmakers, right?
Bollywood Blind Item
THIS beloved actor, whose next film announcement is eagerly awaited by millions of fans, was recently approached with an exciting drama franchise. However, the down-on-luck actor surprisingly said no.
His theory is that he played a small-town guy in his last outing and it failed to resonate with his fans. Now this film, which requires him to play a small-towner, will also flop, he reasons. Incidentally, the actor was offered the first film of this franchise which he had turned down, too.
It’s not Munnabhai. It’s Jolly LLB series. SRK was offered it long back.
It would be stupid to make Munnabhai with anyone else.
I think it’s a good decision. Franchise will have comparisons if there is different actor it’s best he does something original
