On the fake reality Netflix show the ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’, Ekta Kapoor made a special appearance in one episode to meet up with Neelam as the latter was unsure about making a comeback, which is kind of ironic since this Netflix show was being promoted as her comeback.
So on the episode while talking to Ekta about her apprehensions, Neelam suddenly gets asked about this show that Ekta has mind for her.

Well, Ekta said this out of nowhere to someone who wants to make her comeback after 20 years! Obviously, we thought she made it up like KebabJo does with this rapid fire question “if someone puts a gun to your face and forces you to have a gay encounter….”blabla
Turned out the show that Ekta was talking about is real and did happen! It’s called ‘The Married Woman’ and will be released on March 8.

A Married Woman, written by Manju Kapur, is story of Astha, a middle-class Delhi woman with kids and a loving husband, who gets into an unconventional relationship with a younger woman. The story is set at a time of political and religious turmoil. The book is set against a backdrop of Babri Masjid demolition in 1992.
From the ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’, it sounded too good to be true but turned out it is!
Based on a famous book of the same title, the show is produced by Ekta Kapoor under her company ALTBalaji, which makes us wonder whether it will be cheap or tastefully done. The role of the married woman is played by Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra is the other woman she falls in love with.
Seriously though, it would have been epic if Neelam did make this show her comeback but if you think about it, the time she was acting in films, it was way too conservative. Based on her reaction to Ekta on the show, she doesn’t seem the type to experiment. It’s strange Ekta didn’t know that since she claimed to be friends with Neelam since she was 15!
Anyway, whoever watches the show, let us know if it’s good enough to watch.

Hey @admin, I remember there was a controversy about Priyanka. A sex racket was being run out of the property she leased to a spa. 3 women were even rescued. At the time, she said she has no idea and she just owns the property. Seems like Seema Khan was a partner in the spa. The owner had gone into hiding.This was in 2014. Now when I searched for it, a new article from 2018 came up where for the same Spa in Priyanka’s property, run by the same people, BMC gave illegal construction notice. Article talked about Priyanka’s mom responding to it. This leads me to conclude that at the least Priyanka is aware of what happens out of her property and is okay with it. Or is actively runs it. Am I wrong here?? Any deets on this. If true this is really shady stuff.

Hard to believe that she had no idea, right? What makes you think PC is that innocent, out of all people? Remember, she knowingly gets involved with married men, not caring one bit about their family. Worst is, the mother didn’t have any problem. People with that kind of morality only live for themselves and not for others. They are renting their place to people doing illegal things which meant that the rent must have been high enough for PC & co. to turn a blind eye! #justsaying
I just felt how much ever shitty/manipulative/selfish as a person she is, maybe this is a line she would not cross. This is actual exploitation of less privileged people. There are so many people who are gold diggers, social climbers, people who care only about money but most people have a limit to it. I can never see her in the same light again. Like you said her family is complicit in everything. I also remember her brother’s wedding falling through at the last minute multiple times. Goes to further show that right kind of upbringing is of the most important.
Usually, celebs reach a certain stage of fame where they become so self-centered and it’s all about them. Everything else is just a facade, nothing is real – nothing that happens in the public eye. PC is going around talking about racism and how she made it to Hollywood on her own, clearly she forgot HOW or WHO had a hand in sending her over there.

Neelu do you really think that the media does not know. Most things are open secrets. Everyone is complicit in this. Unless PC really pisses someone off in power, nothing about her will come out. Like you said I can’t imagine a DP doing something like this. Goes to show how important your family is. PC’s own mother seems to encourage her to do all these shitty things. If I am not mistaken PC’s father was accussed of sexual harrasment. Don’t know if this is true but in general seems like a very shady family.
