We have been searching for this interview for a while now and we have found it. It’s not the official video but it’s still the same with no alterations. Why is this interesting? This must be the first time that Shah Rukh Khan was asked about his linkup with Priyanka Chopra. His answer, or rather the way he answered was very interesting. And watch out for Katrina’s reaction once Shah Rukh answered the question. She’s like, “Let’s see how he gets out of this one.”
The journalist said all of SRK fans, including her, were hurt at the linkup rumors before asking Shah Rukh the question.
Did he confirm the relationship?
Nope…But neither did he deny it! He called her one of his closest friend, very close to his heard.
See for yourself how he goes on and on without giving a direct answer when actually answering the question. He does that a lot, he goes round and round, talks a lot when asked something just to try and prove a point.

He could have just said no and deny that something happened. But saying she’s close to him, to his heart and they have had wonderful moments together is just weird for a married man to say about his colleague he’s alleging having a relationship with.
On top of saying he is ashamed with the way this linkup embarrassed her, but dude you proposed to her on live television once? Then performed a skit with her on stage where you asked her about this rumor and she gave you a kiss right in front of your wife sitting among the audience? Isn’t this more embarrassing?… For your wife?!
Will he say the same now? Is she still one of his closest friends? Or just his jacket-thief?
Despite SRK being a huge inspiration and anchor in PC’s life, she doesn’t mention him at all in her first biography ‘Unfinished’. That says a lot, doesn’t it?
Why Post this now? Doesn’t make sense to me. However PC seems to have moved on…now If you believe that relationship to be real or Not is for every individual to decide. So i wasn’t suprised at her Not Mentioning SRK in her “memoir”(even though i consider it a smart Attention grab) AS for SRK, the man is busy trying to save His Carrer and gain the little Trust left in His abilities as an Actor in the audience. He aint checking for No madam Jonas memoir. And truthfully neither am I. I’ve seen a lot of people mention her Absender Form bollywood .. i personally do not Believe her coming Back to commercial bollywood per se , but maybe Something Like a White Tiger … Which was a horribly faules atempt to win an Oscar or at least gain a nomination. And personally this is where her Ambitionen lie now . I feel sehr is ‘hunting’ tja Oscar , Golden Globe etc. Something she Van brag for a Life Time…the Girl has Always been smart . This aint never been aboit SRK but about Attention and the advancement of her Carrer.

Do you have any previous blog post on how and why did it end?
Not really any post but the blind items indicated it all happened around the same time AbRam arrived. The timeline in her book where she mentioned her father passed and her relationship ended correlates with AbRam’s arrival. SRK must have snapped back from lalaland and be there for his wife and newborn kid.
On your previous question, in Hollywood it’s quite common for celebrities to join the F&B industry through partnerships. It’s never on their own, it’s always via someone famous. They are not handling the business, they just give it their face and name to promote it. This way, people can say: Oh, I ate at that Priyanka Chopra’s restaurant! That’s all there is to it. This venture was supposed to happen last year but due to the pandemic, they postponed it and now they finally had to launch it since the rules have been eased a bit.
The real victim here is Gauri. I can’t imagine how she coped with the gossips from so-called friends around her and the realization that if SRK had ended the marriage, she would have been dropped like hot coal. Remember Aditya Chopra’s wife? Right….. No one knows her.
SRK is a truly horrible person for what he did and I believe his recent box office flops are his karma. I honestly lost all respect for him since then and I’m sure that’s the same for a lot of his fans. He made his wife a laughing stock. I hate men like that.
And PC is just as bad. All she saw was a ready made rich man and she wanted him with no regards to the woman who had been with him from the beginning and his kids. I hope she goes through the same hell she put Gauri through. But then the world is unfair. Not everyone would experience karma.
Not surprised she didn’t mention him in her book. You think the American audience would applaud her for having a long affair with a married man? As successful as Angelina Jolie is, she’s still hated by some people over her part in the Brad Pitt- Jennifer Aniston divorce even after how many years. Alicia Keys hasn’t had another successful hit after her affair and marriage to a married man. How do you think Priyanka’s career would go if the gossip gets to Hollywood? She would be hated and most likely wouldn’t get the connections she’s getting now.

Completely agree with you on the Gauri aspect. Agreed on the karma thing. PC has opened a restaurant called SONA. She has not any major setbacks since then. Only gains and gains. And she says she suffered? WTF! Looks like she is an US citizen already.
SRK and Gauri have long had an “open marriage” or a mutually understanding – they allow each other to sleep with other people as long as they are immensely discreet and the boundaries are very clear – friends with benefits only. Emotional fidelity. For Gauri the mistake on SRK’s part was getting emotionally involved and falling for PC. He broke their agreement and had an emotional relationship with PC. This was the first time Gauri felt her marriage was threatened and she was truly hurt.
Creepy when he says , she was a little girl :P…But yeah, am sure he can never deny it about PC, their equation was intense and solid!

I do not know why is PC mad Was is it not a give and take relationship? Do you think PC expected SRK to leave his kids and wife ? What was she expecting in the end? This relationship had to die. Also, on another note PC opened a new restaurant “SONA” in NYC. I thought one has to be a citizen to open business in USA. Is she already a citizen? And restaurant in these times? When food businesses are shutting down left and right, what is the point?
She thought it was going to last forever, SRK was smitten and completely invested in their relationship. That’s why she was so bitter when it ended, she really believed she got him!
FYI You do not need to be a US citizen to open a business in the US…and there are businesses still opening in the US regardless of “these times”. -native New Yorker
