Blind Item – March 2017 – Bollywood 3

Filmfare posted the blind item below, which sounds like a big joke. It could be, because it sounds too good to be true. And a little mean as well. If it is true, then it’s quite apt considering how things are for these guys. We won’t say more, just check out the blind item below.

Guess who all are members of this WhatsApp group?

Now we don’t know if it’s true false or in between but the information is too good to not share. A little birdie from the social circles can’t stop giggling as she narrates details of this particular WhatsApp group called Famous Fathers’ Loser Sons’! And believe it or not, the admin is a jovial fella, son of a superstar. The members of this group comprise other interesting names. Like the son of a legendary Indian cricketer, the son of one of the biggest filmmaker of the country and also the scion of a top political family. Most of the group members are known for their sense of humour and wit barring a few, one of whom is always in the red for his illogical political statements. But on the whole we love the spirit behind the self-depreciating humour.

    1. Well at least they know about their position and isn’t too sad about it. It’s time they put ranbir in it too.

      1. Ranbir paid 16 crore rupees in income tax in this year alone. That makes his disclosed income around 48 crores, this year alone. He paid 22.3 last year, which means he’s earned a taxable income of over a 100 crores in two years. Basically he’s earned a taxable (declared) income of a crore in about a week.

I’d like to be that kinda loser, to be honest.

        1. To be fair, the more you earn, the lesser you get as an individual. Also, the more famous the actor, the more people he has to pay. For Ranbir, he didn’t make 100 crores in 2 years. He and his team made it. Now you have to deduct the salaries that he has to pay in his personal team. Then, his professional team that includes PR people, agency responsible for getting him these many ads and all that.

      2. @Bollywood, you’re right, but he’s made two movies in this time? Three? How much would he possibly be shelling out a month? He’s making approx. 4 cr a month. Even if he’s splurging 50 lakhs on all that, he’s earning 3.5 crores a month.

Also, this is what he has declared. We all know how the industry works. Could safely increase that amount by 25% at least to get closer to a real figure. That’s a lot of money for a loser.

        1. Most actors make their money by doing ads. That’s where the good money comes from. For RK, it’s movies as well. That’s true, they don’t declare everything. It was discovered that the Pakistanis actors, who worked in Bollywood, always took their payment half in cash and half was to be sent in some bank account in Dubai. We are sure other stars do the same too.
