The thing with blind items is, if you wait long enough, you live to see it as a news item. Sometimes, we have news items that are turned into blind items while at other times, blind items get confirmed by becoming a news item. The same goes for the blind item below from Mid Day. It came out and then two days later, a news item regarding the same situation came out.
It’s not as if it was hard to figure out who it’s about. It’s pretty easy because since this film was announced, there have been numerous blind items about its director and actor. This is the first time that it involves the producer. We don’t know why this director is that foolish to release his film on the same date as this superstar’s film. Sure, this superstar does not have the most decent box office record, but so is this director.
If he gets a solo release or at least a release on the day where there are no other big films, his movie might have a chance. At least, think of the new girl who has signed this film. She would want to have a first hit film too. Why take the risk? Based on the story, it does not seem like an out and out commercial film. So it should be given a much better release date to give people time to decide if they want to see the film.

Things came to a collision course recently when the director publicly declared that the film will hit the marquee as scheduled. Caught in the crossfire is the film’s cast, which includes a debutant who has been waiting for the launch for a while.

SRK movies are flops so what is this producer scared of?? As someone from uttrakhand i just hope my state and its people are represented well in the movie. Bollywood generally shows us pahadis as illiterate and dumb. As if only wealthy punjabis are educated. Lol.
Feeling bad for Sara.. How can a director be so foolish… I mean,the producer is ultimate person who should take a final call… Directors are paid from Producer’s pockets… At Least he should have the decency to consult the film’s producer before speaking on public platform..
