Today seems to be the day of blind items regarding previously in-vogue actors, who are looking to get back the glory they once had. The first blind item of today was about this senior actor and the one below is about this once-upon-a-time popular actress. We don’t know whether she is delusional or clueless. She already made her comeback some time back and it didn’t work. She produced that comeback herself because she wasn’t getting any good movie offers and some said that she even stepped in when the director didn’t know what he was doing. There were also those, who worked on the sets that said she enjoyed powdering herself up in her vanity van before coming out to shoot. Now bear in mind that this is not the normal ladies powdering up that we are talking about, it’s the rich ladies powdering up.

According to the blind item posted by Indian Express, this actress seems to think that she didn’t get roles because she was busy in the business ventures that she took on and also because she got married and moved to the other side of the world. On one hand, we do feel sorry for her. She was once known as Miss Congeniality before an actual Miss World stepped in and took that title as well as other people’s husband. This actress put her friends, as in directors, producers and stylists, above her. She really did esteem their friendship. But when she went down, they didn’t give her the same attention that they gave her when she was among the top actresses.

It’s quite sad because that is how Bollywood works. It’s even sadder because she hasn’t realised this yet. She can still get lead roles at her age, she can also get supporting roles. It just has to be a role, not just any random role. The blind item below mentions this actress’ colleagues, who are really doing well. That’s a bit far-fetched, they are obviously referring to that one actress that this actress was always pitted against. That one actress just had a successful film at the box office, which is why they are referencing her in the blind item below. But it’s not really fair because that actress got married to a head honcho of Mumbai’s most famous production house. She has all the money to make the films she want for herself!

The female actor had a successful stint but some other businesses and personal issues led to her swiftly running out of films.. Now that she is married and has managed her business ventures well, the actor is all set to make a comeback and will leave no stone unturned till she bags some meaty roles again.

Bollywood is a strange industry. Reigning stars fade out and are replaced by the younger lot. While some continue to work, changing as per the time, some others get stuck to the idea that they enjoyed enormous stardom and still want to be cast as the main lead. That is a dream for many and reality for some actors. However, female actor, on the other hand, have been told since they step in the world of Hindi cinema that they should make the most while they are young and single. But now times are changing and female actors are slowly and steadily enjoying the same adulation from audiences and fans that once was only a dream for any married female actor.

But guess some aren’t really lucky when it comes to getting offers post-wedding. Industry pals and producers have ignored one such bubbly female actor who was once everyone’s favourite when they were casting for their upcoming films. A close associate of the female actor who also has other business commitments let us into a guarded secret, “Since she was initially busy with her other businesses and then marriage, she felt that is the reason that meaty roles and good films are not coming to her. But lately, she at various soirees and parties with her industry pals hinted that she is very much interested in doing films and will be more than happy to be back on the silver screen. But well guess that wasn’t very helpful.”

On further prodding as to what’s the plan, the associate divulged that she now has been sending feelers to not just her industry friends but her old producers and directors for an apt role that will put her back on the map. Her colleagues have been having a good run at the box office and our female actor we hear is especially open to roles that focus on her acting than the vivacious roles that she played earlier. Well, we feel that change is the only thing that’s constant and if our female actor has learnt this we hope to see her in a never before avatar very soon. Producers, directors and casting directors, please make a note that someone is all geared up to cast a spell with their acting prowess than looks this time.
