Lol it’s funny reading the message section here. I feel sad for Dp, Kat, Rs. Stan Twitter in an attempt to “protect” their innocent fave, often pull down others which brings in more hate for all involved.
@Kiran I used to love reading your comments here because I singled you out as one of the sane ones here. Always have logic in your comments. But I must say, I’m surprised by the change in you.
I can see what has happened to you. Some toxic Stan comments against your fave/ faves has changed you against Dp or the shipper in you. It is happening a lot these days on twitter with lliterally every actor/ actress/ shippers. So I’m not shocked. But yes I expected better.
I mean, I did see how things escalated on Kat b’day and I was staying away from the drama bz it was VERY SILLY from both sides. But the inclusion that happens with Dp fans or Dp pr is now very boring. Every fandom slut shames women, every actress has aggressive pr, end of story.
Someone starts it, people react, the reaction increases on both sides, words fly, insults fly, labels granted. I don’t think Dp fans are saints, I’ve seen better. But yes I do feel sorry for them bz most often all blames are put on their fandom exclusively. That’s not fair.
The girl you called as “leader” I think I know who you’re mentioning. But the fact is, if you ask her if you’re a crazen, she’ll puke on your face. This fight made me remember something. Recently after PC marriage newe broke out I saw a known problematic Kangana fan dissing PC and most problematic PC fan (who was friends with this Kr fan bz they always jointly attacked Dp & her fans) insulting right back at Kr. I mean when it comes to Dp or her fans every other actress fandom, I won’t say all, majority are united. While I’ll definitely give it to crazens for actually appreciating other actresses when it’s due. I’ve never seen them, at least the ones I follow dissing an actress out of spite.
Even rrecently a Dp fan who is my friend posted a tweet appreciating Dp, Anu, Alia, Rani for their best performances this year and wishing them all awards equally. The kind of comments that he got below it, from different actress fandoms is SHOCKING to say the least. He was doing a good thing yet all they wanted to do was drag Dp. So yeah I will never take this blame game all Twitter stans carry about crazens or Dp. I have friends in that fandom and some nice ones who support every good actress but just not their fandoms obviously. Infact I often feel crazens are hard on Dp more than anyone else.
Plus about the “hoe – Manushi” part, I think it all started with a tweet that got misunderstood on both ends which could have ended with by ignoring that tweets or by a word of apoplogy. But when has Twitter worked with logic?!

You may not agree with me but as I said in previous comment I used to cry when people/heroines dissed him in his initial phase. (In my defence I was a bit young thank god I was a child when SRK debuted or else I don’t know what I would have done after reading stuff about). Also I know having a soft spot for DP makes you a lesser fan in RS standom but who is anyone to say that one is a bigger fan of RS than other. Or the other person is a lesser fan. For me back then to read an interview where heroine praised him made me happy. I have never been a shipper but I like DP because she was one of the few who praise him when others dissed him/put him down. Reading her interviews about him made me happy as she really praised him, talked about how RS is in real life which he hides from public, how people misread his public personn. She used to tweet about his movies like Kill Dill, DDD and praise him for his acting on twitter and talks about how proud she is of him. Also after the AIB backlash that lead to FIRs filed against him she stood by him and tweeted how proud she was of him. His filmfare win had her in tears and she was so happy you could see. Also that BM interview where she talks about his struggle, his dedication, how hard he works won me over for life.
For me I always feel DP bought more stability and emotional balance and support to his personal life. Her impact on his personal life was far more greater than the professional life. When your personal life is great obviously it will show in your work. You could feel this when you read his interviews back then. How he described how kind she is to everybody no matter who you are. Also his interviews about how she was there for him during dengue, shoulder injury how she talks about her kindness. And all the other nice stuff he said over the years. In his lovaria interview he said he wants to marry the girl he was in love with. This was in 2013. He was sure DP was the one even back then. I’m happy that he found great love someone who stood by him.. I don’t agree with everything dp said/did but I never doubt her love for him or his for her. We see a glimpse of their private life and judge them based on public life.
At first I myself was pissed about Tamasha promotion but after seeing RS there during Tamasha promotions twice (you can google there are pictures) and Imtiaz saying he was there because of his love I realized RS was there because he knew his fans were trolling DP for tamasha promotion. He always read his mentions so he must have read them and come out to show his fans that he supports her. Why should I hate her for something even he himself supported. The lesser couple broken up after it while DP and RS went stronger. Mijwan waa hyped by RK fans and RKDP shippers she was acting cordial with him not over-friendly. Also the paid media and pr hyped it. Dp was the first one booked if she said no when RK got onboard they will make it look like she did it because RS is insecure. I seriously thought it was Homi, which if it was the case would have shocked me coz it seems they both are great friends (at least from his Insta Page). On another note, I remember a blind published last year about a director being cozy with an actress and his wife not minding. That time it was said that the director was Homi and the actress Radhika Apte. Dp is at a position in her career where a two year hiatus from bollywood did not bring down her brand value or top actress position. I think her original plan must be to take the break after the shooting of Sapna didi biopic ended but Irrfan falling ill got the shooting postponed indefinitely.
Imo if taking a break and focusing on her personal life is what she wants no one should judge her. Also in her recent pics she looks so happy and glowy she must be enjoying the break.
