Blind Item – October 2018 3

Today’s blind item was released earlier this week. So far, all of these so-called actresses about to come out blind items have not turn out to be true – so far. It is not that easy for them for any working actress to come out against a powerful man. The man in the blind item below has already been outed by an anonymous person. Obviously, he denied it. Now, bear in mind that these men will not admit that they did commit these creepy sins. So, it doesn’t really matter if the victim is anonymous or not unless the accusations are made up. So far, there is only one case of fake allegations.

The blind item is talking about a music head honcho, who is also a producer. These days, he spends his money producing videos to be published on YouTube. He has also produced a lot of Bollywood films. He is married to an actress, who surprisingly has been able to get him to produce whatever she wants. There is a huge chance she knows about what he does.

There are two things here that made us raised an eyebrow when it came to them. There is a video on her Instagram account of these two and their son dancing on their balcony for holi. When the husband came near her and held her from behind to continue dancing, she broke away from him like if he was a creep. It was really strange. Otherwise, it won’t stay in our mind. The second one is, he sends his wife and kid on holiday without him accompanying them.

There have been other whispers about how he invites girls to his house when his wife and kid are away. When the first allegation came out, his wife issued a statement supporting him. He released a statement first denying it and then after a day, his wife released hers by praising her husband and comparing him to God.

Funny the things that people would do to say another, despite them not being in person and knowing exactly what happened. Ridiculous! Check out the blind item below from Times of India.

    Blind Item – October 2018 3

I am appalled and anguished to know that my name has been dragged in this #MeToo by some anonymous person(s). The allegations against me are bad on the face of it. I have enjoyed an impeccable reputation and have always maintained professionalism. The tweet has been used as a tool to defame me and malign my reputation.

I have taken this allegation very seriously and lodging a complaint with the cyber cell of the Mumbai Police to track the mysterious people(s) whose twitter handles have disappeared within seconds of uploading the malicious tweet. I’ll take all such actions as I will be legally advised. – Bhushan Kumar

    Blind Item – October 2018 3

My husband has got TSeries where it is today purely on basis of extreme hard work. People even stood up against Lord Krishna who’s praiseworthy. Though #MeToo movement is meant to clean up the society, it’s sad that some people have started misusing it.

I have been with my husband hand in hand as he’s taken his father’s dream forward. He’s a man full of values and principles. It’s unfortunate that people put baseless allegations without having their facts and proofs in place’.

    1. A lot of money is riding on these movies like shobha de said. Hrithik is not just going to abandon Vikas like that. He is probably going to find a backdoor. Similarly Amir is back to moghul but sans subash kapoor.however bhushan kumar is still producing it despite all the allegations. do you really expect morals from film world? this industry was controlled by mafia till early 2000 and only after corporates entered things started changing. All these khans have worked with mafia. Aanjay dutt was part of the gang . Deepika was seem kissing morani on his cheek go google the picture. Bottom line is entertainment is murky industry. Yes harrassment happens outside as well but it isn’t as much as it is in the industry. there is point of view everyone from people within the industry and outside i.e. audience have about these actresses. They think they should be game for everything whether it is casting couch or having an affair with an actor or director whoever the power players are. It is a choice lot of the successul actresses make. Are you telling me in the whole of country only Deepika or Aishwarya or Madhuri are talented or beautiful? There are lot of girls who come, see the dirt and run for their lives.

      1. You also have to take into consideration that these actresses/actors were not talented,as in no idea about acting,no theatre background, they learned everything on the job,so they made their choice of being exploited.is that real exploitation,is a question to answer?if they would have stood in line for an Audtion they would never have made it.so technically they didn’t get these movies by merit, but by stealing another deserving candidates job,who would have got it on merit.when some of these people complain of metoo,I wonder is it really a choice they made or exploitation/harassment.if it happened to actresses like tabu,Vidya, kalki, richa I would say harassment…but the top commercial actresses used sex as a tool to climb to a place that was never theirs.

      2. Why is SRK not mentioned when he is Morani’s best friend? Deepika probably did not know then and just pecked a kiss on the producer’s face as SRK also was doing the same.

    2. This guy single handedly ruined Bollywood music with his dictatorship. Id not be surprised if people have more things to say about him.
Talking about other AIB guys and Grover, all these pseudo-liberals will be the first to gag any voice that tarnishes their carefully crafted image of freedom champs. All fakesters.

      1. You are being too judgemental like varun Grover initially was,if you read the gursimran khamba metoo allegations it is more of a toxic relationship gone bad where he acted as a douchebag.with tanmay bhat anurag kashyap Motwane they failed to take action.they brushed it aside when as employers they should have done investigation.but is it same as committing the crime.if you read the article, the girls boyfriend said not to file FIR.they should have gone ahead without her consent, that was their fault.varun was too judgmental and asked the other comedian to be boycotted without proof.sometimes we jump to conclusions but later these cases can turn out to be fake.please go and check about the Rohtak case, the men’s lives are destroyed due to the false allegations.

      2. Varun Grover is not just guilty of turning a blind eye. He also has been accused of sexual harassment.
        https://www.newslaundry.com/2018/10/16/varun-grover-open-letter-metoo

Yes there might be fake cases, but the Metoo movement is based on the premise that ‘We believe all women. Women should come forward, Women are victims’ But when the tables are turned its just hypocritical to pull out a fake case and ‘see there have been fake cases and we can’t just trust everyone, We want proof’

That’s what all the liberals are doing. Aggressively supporting Metoo until one of their own(family or close friend) is named. Then they suddenly start demanding proof.

      3. That’s why I said, varun also made the mistake of judging people without proof and not giving them a chance to put their side of the story out.he was the first one to say let’s boycott the comedian, let’s nit work with him.he doled out justice based on media trial.which was WRONG.the same thing is happening to him now.which is WRONG as well.

      4. That is what is happening with every accused. Right or wrong, the whole premise of Metoo is that the women are victims. And when they come out with their story we have to believe them. And VG wasn;t the only person who judged prematurely. The whole ecosystem seems to be filled with people who were ready to throw all men under the bus until their own were accused, Case in point Mallika Dua and Nandita Das. And these are only two examples. There is a whole lot of them.

      5. Exactly the reason why a lot of people are feeling this will die out,and not sustain like in the West.kevin spacey was fired after he accepted his guilt, here people are being fired for flirting,or sending bad sms,or any other reason.half of the survivors do not want to go to women’s commission or court.their intention is naming and shaming, but the only thing that will happen is instead of the accused being banned from the industry, the survivors will be fighting defamation cases for a very very long time.

      6. We have to remember that most of these incidents happened long back. So if we expect proof these poor women will have nothing to show for it. And in India we know how court cases will drag and most probably bribing will be involved so even though these women want to speak out, actually going to the commission or court probably is not worth the time, effort and money because most of them have already moved on.

But that does not mean these predators should be allowed to get away with it. Here nobody will accept guilt precisely because they know 99% chances are they can get away. Not everyone is being fired. AIB had casualities, Phantom was having problems even before Metoo happened. The minister resigned because he was in public office. But the journalists are still brazenly and shamelessly continuing. And so are lot of others, After all its a man’s world.

    3. @admin I think it’s inappropriate to insinuate that Varun’s accuser has lied w/o there being any evidence or retraction on her part. The person providing the girl’s screenshots has come forward and vouched for her. Mr. Grover n his friends called all up all his female juniors and asked if he had harassed them/anyone. It’s common sense, that if the victim wants to be anonymous she wouldn’t admit it on call.

I think that part should be edited out the article. #BelieveHerButAlsoDon’tIfShe’sAccusingMe

      1. The thing with varun Grover is he asked for the person who first outed him for more details.the lady went radio silent and said the survivor never contacted her,but the screenshots were sent to her by someone who is a friend and who stays in Australia fez rahaman who is a Dalit bahujan wanabe politician.the lady, harnidh kaur later brushed her hands off this matter saying talk to the person who sent screenshots.it was her moral obligation to see this matter through because she shared those screenshots without even verifying whether the survivor is real and indeed a student during that time.the guy who had sent those screenshots he abuses anyone and everyone who asked a counter question, not a very clear headed representative of the survivor.

With what varun did,did you expect that he should keep quite and let his career suffer without ever knowing what he did to who and when.every criminal has a right to know what crime they are being punished for.his 4 female friends contacted the rest 32 on their own and informed varun that none of them is the said lady.

The survivor in other cases provides very detailed explanations of things that happened with year place and everything else.the lady who put allegation never came out with any details.nor did the friend.

        Very logical questions are asked,
Did the play ever happen?no,the friend said this was a ploy by Grover to lure the victim in and molest her.
How did varun contact the victim?by phone, letter or advertised the play on the University notice board?no answer till now.

Did anyone witness it?did the victim in 2001 speak about this to anyone who can corroborate this.?no answer till now.

Therefore there are ample proof that these allegations are false only to malign him as he was one of the first people to join the movement.

      2. Once you accuse someone on a public platform then it becomes your responsibility to answer every question the other party asked.did you see the Bombay high court ruling in the phantom victim case when she refused to file any charges.i will sound cold hearted but perhaps you don’t deserve justice if you don’t have to courage to fight for yourself, that too with public and police support.its understandable when you are fighting someon e powerful and no one supports you and you are afraid of loosing job or life.but what to say of people who get all the support from courts, police, public, governments and there is no credible threat to life and job and still don’t go ahead with it,just because they don’t want to go to a police station or court.its like if you have cancer and want it to be treated, you announce it to the whole world, get sympathy and support but then refuse to go for chemotherapy.

      3. I don’t understand this sympathy for Varun Grover. What proof have all the other victims provided. Just because he’s been smart enough to pose a few questions and doesn’t have a reputation of being a sleaze ball or doesn’t have rumours flying about him doesn’t mean he is innocent.

And now the person who is acting for the victim is a wannabe politician as in he may have a motive or might be lying. Then why don’t we say that the journalist Janice Sequeira who vouched for Tanushree also has a motive or is lying.

Maybe the victim in VG’s case is having a tough time facing what happened and talking about it. It so insensitive to just dismiss what she probably went through.

      4. Rad,have you gone through Janice account for what happened.it is as detailed as it could get.now go through the account of the friend of the survivor, fez rahaman, his twitter account is @multibility.

Secondly,m not only supporting varun.i write for khamba as well, and also the comedian who was charged by an anonymous account.i believe it is okay to start as an anonymous victim, but when there is public support and other account of such behaviour from other victims, you need to file an official complaint atleast with the women’s commission.you cannot stay forever anonymous.for most of the accused the survivors have a name and other colleagues or witness corroborating that story.not for varun and the other comedian guy.

I am not saying the victim is lying, but it is getting more and more certain that she is.like I said she didn’t give out a lot of details as to when and where it happened.anyone can write the same thing,I can write that about you and post it online.should you be thrown out of your job without a proper investigation.wouldnt you want to atleast know what crime you have done and when and to who?

      5. Yes I read what Janice wrote. But just because it was detailed doesn’t mean its true. Tomorrow if Varun or Khamba’s victim came out with a long drawn detailed story will you be prepared to accept it? And its not just people’s support or otherwise that determines whether a victim reveals her identity or not. It depends on her personality, family situation etc. For eg even in 90s Alisha Chinai was prepared to openly accuse Anu Malik, knowing that she will face opposition. Others might not be that courageous. We still don’t know the identity of the woman who has filed a case against RK Pachauri.

Yes you can accuse me falsely. Then my only option will be to go to court.Which is what VG should be doing rather than trying to discredit the victim through twitter and open letters.

My point is we cannot decide sitting behind our laptop screens who is or is not a victim. And in this Metoo campaign the benefit of doubt definitely goes to the women.

      6. Rad,varun did mention that he will not jump in to file defamation cases just like the other accused, because he doesn’t want to derail the movement.he could have and then the case would be subjudice and the survivor will have to come out,and if the two people who wrote against him cannot prove the charges they will have to face libel charges.unfortunately or fortunately the court/law of land sees proof.just like vikas bahl, the survivor refuses to file an official complaint, vikas is as good as not guilty.that is how it works.varun did not want to force these three with such charges,he very clearly wrote about it.but he did seek information so that he could present his case in the twitter social media trial.which he is being denied.and he hasn’t written or tweeted anything since the open letter.my only problem is people firing men from their jobs without proven guilt.how will they reverse the damage in case the case is false.

      7. @Lucy So what if multibilty (Fez) is a Bahujan wannabe politician or foulmouthed? How are any of those words relevant? How is that the victim’s fault? The victim, too, is supposedly Bahujan/Dalit. Maybe that’s how she knows him. Through his activism. Varun’s statement was not as strong as it is hyped to be. His own friends in the industry just keep saying that it is. First of all, the victim talks abt a play that was abt to happen. It had not happened. Maybe it was scrapped. BHU vs IIT-BHU makes no difference, especially for when Varun was a student there (acc to IIT-BHU students on Twitter) It only became an IIT in 2012. He said he didn’t know who Vishwamitra was. The girl was talking about Vishwakarma.

Also, it is better if he takes out a defamation suit than do this on Twitter. He does not have to care about a non-victim. If he’s 100% sure of having done no wrong, there is no victim, ergo, nothing derailing the movement. That’s the whole point of a defamation suit. Only truth can support you. But making his friends call up ususpecting lady students is overreach. I mean, do it. Obviously, you gotta defend yourself. But ppl taking that as proof is quite funny.

Varun may or may not be innocent. But probability(and Multibility) says, you gotta believe the victim, unless there are obvious proofs of her lying. Varun’s statement was a little bit of playing w/ semantics, a little bit of appealing to people’s emotions and a lot of being the victim.

      8. @Lucy, What Varun is doing is playing passive aggressive games. On one hand he is so noble that he will not file a defamation suit so as to maintain the sancitiy of the movement, but on the other hand he will do everything to discredit the victim by asking her questions, denying charges. And all this will be done publicly after knowing that she is avoiding publicity. He is using his popularity, public support, fame and support of his famous friends to quash the victim’s version and bullying her into silence.

      9. If a defamation suit is filed doesn;t automatically mean the victim has to reveal her identity. Its still her choice. It will in no way reflect on her credibility.

      10. Rad ,I just read that Netflix gave him a clean chit and he is back on sacred games.that was what I wanted,so as of now I am letting this go.as for the victim,I hope that she takes action if she is really saying the truth.

      11. I meant she will have to reveal her identity to the investigation agency, either police, court,or women’s commission while still staying anonymous to the public.as of now her identity and existence is unverified even to the person who posted her screenshots, harnidh kaur.she believed what fez told her,but she accepted that she did not have direct contact with the survivor, not through text or email or anything.she cannot even prove that the survivor is a real person.she believed what her friend told her.its a third person narrative that’s why there are so many loopholes.also the friend fez hasn’t proven his credibility.if you notice other journalists who outed people were in direct contact with the victims .victims sent direct messages to them and they verified it.they put their credibility at stake.in this case harnidh replied that she doesn’t want to enagage further and varun could talk directly to fez, washing her hands off the matter.

      12. Well, good for him then. If he is innocent.. great but if not he got off the hook easy. And I feel for the woman who would have had to relive the whole traumatic event and still hasn’t gotten any closure.

      1. @admin the Varun Grover accusation is hardly fake. What worked for him is that his powerful friends supported him immediately. The anonymous person reiterated her accusation through a reasonable famous twitterati who is also a friend of Grover. That poor lady won’t ever come out in public now. Also, in the Vikas Bahl and AIB episodes, the rest of Phantom and AIB guys have got off very lightly even credited as moral in some posts. Anurag Kashyap has been completely white-washed despite his 2 years of inaction.

        1. but speaking of AIB, the accusations against gursimran khamba are not sexual abuse related, it was more of a relationship gone wrong and he did not force himself sexually onto her..he did force her to take him back and things but i dont think smthng tht personal needs to be discussed under me too part to be honest and nor did he deserve to be taken out from AIB..i think thtll only be a temporary one…
coming to tanmay bhat, its despicable tht he did not act on the allegations, but thr wr no allegations against him doing the act..so when aib removed him i thot 2 things-1)theyr quite good at protecting their employees atlst now..
          2) tanmay bhat had a very creepy feel to him during tht comedy hunt show on Amazon prime, so maybe thr r actual sexual abuse cases reported against him in their office so they thot myt as well remove him now and come across as smone who takes a stand..

at the end of the day, why wud we include ppl who abuse women sexually and men/women who are still into their exes..although the second one is still wrong, id rather call them crazy or stupid but not a sexual predator..

          1. *at the end of the day why wud we include ppl who abuse women/men/children sexually and men/women still into their exes IN THE SAME CATEGORY..

sorry i forgot to type this in my earlier msg and felt this needs to be clarified

      2. Vikas Bahl is actively supported by Roshan. he is still in the super 30, despite the assurances of roshan that the director was replaced. all this is so fake that it is unpleasant to post comment
