The girl has been waiting for a long time to be able to make it. If the below blind item by Mumbai Mirror is true, then it might explain why she has taken this long to get a second or third film. We are confused because the blind item is not so clear. If it is our second OSOP Guesses, then it might explain why she was suddenly replaced.
Bollywood Blind Item
A leggy young actress needs a good break. She has already appeared in two films, but gone unnoticed. Her third film too, doesn’t look very promising. On a recent shoot in London for this film, we hear the pretty girl couldn’t remember her dialogue. So, after days of trying and several retakes, she still couldn’t get it right. Apparently, the film’s producer has decided to chop off her role.

I think diana or kriti is both very interesting, beautiful and talented. They don’t have much chance as they should have gotten because they’re not star kids. These producers are paying them less yet want to complain.
Wow, harsh. Diana was noticed plenty in her two movies, with the second one being named after her, no? And can they just chop off the third wheel in a movie? Lol that producer seems a bit ridiculous, just change the line!
