Bollywood Blind Item – December 2019 – 21

Not that many clues are given for this blind item so you really have to think hard to figure this one out.

The guess that we have in mind probably won’t match what you have. We think this is a lady, whose husband is so well-known and popular that whoever wrote this blind item is downplaying this situation so they don’t get this couple in trouble.

The husband has been in trouble before for speaking his mind about not feeling safe living in India so you can imagine the amount of backlash that will drop on to him if people came to know that his wife was out there protesting. By people, obviously we mean political people because they are the ones the stars have to maintain good relationship with.

A lot of their fans and others expect these big stars to come out and speak about this issue but the most famous ones won’t be able to. How can they? You think the PM was a fool for letting them have multiple personal meetings with him?

After that, how can these celebrities speak their mind or even go against the government in public? Serves them right for getting close to the PM for their own agenda!

So yes, we think it’s her because she has been vocal and has also protested against other issues with the public before. Her friends from the industry were there as was her cousin, who’s an actress. It could be her since no other actor, well-known, has a lot to lose more than Mr. Perfectionist!

Check out the blind item below from Mumbai Mirror.

EVEN as celebrities have been getting a shout-out to throw their weight behind the anti-CAA protests, little do people know the kind of pressure they are under to toe the government’s line. But there are indeed some brave enough to have their cake and eat it too.

Like this missus of a well-known actor. The lady showed up at August Kranti Maidan last week in a burqa. Cowardly or gutsy? We say the latter, for sure. For, not all heroes wear capes, some wear burqas too.

    1. Ironic that Amir Khan wasn’t affected when he sat on a temporary dharna against Narmada dam in Gujarat when Modi was the CM there. He didn’t even bother while saying his family now feels unsafe. Many from that selfie with PM has spoken against him. Poor Ayushman had to delete his old tweets criticizing AMU cz he knew what will happen if it reaches so called FoE champs.
As for javed jaffery , the guy fought election on AAP ticket, lost and never appeared in that constituency again. All these are fighting a law which MIGHT come and affect millions. None has ever spoken for Kashmiri pandit who are ACTUALLY DISPLACED
      Talk about hypocrisy bollywood.

    2. Yes admin is right. All the celebrities have put their foot in their mouth after they were boasting of their personal meeting with the PM. Khiladi kumar even liked the post to show his support to the law. Law that singles out a particular community should be dropped. Period.

    3. There is nothing in the CAA against any Indian citizen. So basically there is no need to protest. I wish everyone read the CAA before protesting.

      1. “Kisi aur ko banao yaar”

        Javed Jaffrey

Seriously – for those of you who are not close minded bigots please see Javed’s speech – it’s amazing

        1. Only that NRC is not drafted yet, CAA “adds” a clause and not remove any and illegal immigrants issue is not discovered by present govt. Hope people read more before blindly following their fav actors with good dialogue delivery. Law aa sakta hai bolke pura desh jala diya, kisiko hath kaise laga sakta hai koi.

      2. Creating a law that distributes Citizenship for a country on the basis of religion is not worth protesting? You are creating a religious filter for citizenship. A precedent for the future. in.Think long and hard about that. It changes fundamentally the nature of your country and society.
