It seems that the situation on this film is still going on. We thought they settled this issue way back. Wasn’t Kabir Khan supposed to be working in post-production? Then, there was also news about the star of this film letting the director come in quietly to work on the film. So now, what exactly is going on?
Is the director still working on it but the star would like people to think otherwise? Does anyone actually care? At this point, they should just do whatever work quietly and release the trailer already. What they set out to do and what this film has become is a circus. First, it was supposed to be a biopic of a man, who has achieved the impossible. That was their USP.
Then news came out that this movie’s story is fake and that the man it is based on never went through what he did. So, there goes their USP. This is going to a very interesting movie promotion. Can’t wait to see how they play around that. There is no way they will agree that they have known about it even though we all have.

Word in Bollywood circles is that a prominent film director, who currently divides his time between movie projects and a top mini-series, has been roped in to fix the edit of a troubled film that has been directed by a disgraced former business partner of his. It’s not the first time this filmmaker has been recruited to salvage this gentleman’s film. In this case, however, insiders say he’s helping out not for the sake of his former partner (with whom he had a public falling out not long ago), but on the request of his producer- friend whose talent management company represents the star of the troubled movie.
It appears that the star and his producer father weren’t thrilled with the original director’s edit, plus the star had already publicly distanced himself from the director after he was named and shamed in a rather ugly scandal. The family reportedly decided it would be a good idea to bring in an entirely different ‘energy’ to look at the film afresh.

Yeah..too saintly for her taste n ….he was too saintly that his case against Kangana dissolved into oblivion….his sainthood resulted in all the bollywood insider support that he got but it still did not help his reputation….poor saint who never lied…

Everyday some new story about this film but it never makes big headlines. Faridoon isn’t on a mission to get to the bottom of it.
When Kangana reacts the only way she knows how, people scream she is playing woman card, outsider card, victim card etc. but just see how much respect these men get. Kangana literally carried Manikarnika on her shoulders to the finish line. She directed, overseas special effects team, final edit, the full works and didn’t even take a penny for that work but she got attacked from every corner. Hrithik is protecting one Vikas and one fraud Anand and not a pitch of it is a controversy.
I hope Kangana exposes them all. I don’t even care if she loses work in pathetic Bollywood. I barely watch one or two films a year.
@ admin: dear admin please a post on my courageous Queen Kangy’s ourburst taking on the entire Bolly-brigade (main sabki vaat…). She already ‘out-ed’ Alia as KJo’s puppet! Can’t wait to hear more from her. PS: Just worry about her and hope that she remains safe….
