The blind item below is a little funny. It goes to show how the PR-people of stars find ways and invent situations to keep them in the news. First things first, no star is that gracious or that big hearted when it comes to money, other than Bollywood’s Ultimate Godfather. That man probably has a tree in his backyard that grows money! Other than him, we cannot think of any other star in Bollywood, who is this big-hearted and is willing to spend money on people he doesn’t even know. Oh, there is Jackie Shroff as well but he is not a star. Sanjay Dutt also doesn’t have a heavy hand and is quite giving, but he is not that big of a star. Aishwarya Rai also donates and promotes the causes she believes in.

This actor that Mumbai Mirror is talking about in the blind item below is something else. Actually, most stars like to show off how big-hearted they are to appeal to the public. That’s why you see the yearly visits to orphanage or hospitals. So this actor is currently shooting for his upcoming film and apparently, he brought in all of his gym equipments with him to his movie’s shooting locations. Can you imagine the cost of doing that? The cost, which clearly the producer has to settle. Ah, to be able to live like a star!

Maybe it was too expensive to bring back the old equipments so he had to donate it to the hotel. Wait, it’s not donate when you give something and you get money in return. That’s selling! So yes, he sold his equipment and sent out news that he donated it! Man, how desperate! And clearly a shame, since none of the newspapers carried this news. Probably the PR-person was sending out this news but no one cared enough to believe him. Good for them!

You know, when we like checking out Instagram of stars or Bollywood people. Not like, as in a hobby where we obsess over it. More like check it out to see what their personality is like. For this actor, his Instagram account screams, “Yeah, I am perfect! Deal with it!”. Way too much in love with myself kind of feeling that we get from his page.

Bollywood Blind Item

THE PR rep of this well-known actor called up recently to inform us that his client was so moved by the simplicity of a remote village that he was shooting in that he donated all the gym equipment he brought in from Mumbai to the villagers. Your sceptical diarist called the hotel the actor was staying at to cross-check. The hotel’s owner told us the actor had actually sold his old equipment to the hotel. Oh well…
