The blind item for today is about this leading lady, who hasn’t had much luck in Bollywood. She is lucky, though, because she made friends that look out for her. She was earlier in the news this week when Khiladi Kumar recommended her as the brand ambassador for a brand he was endorsing. This shows that despite not acting with her for a long time, he still cares has thehotsfor her. The blind item is saying that she was hired to be a judge on a talent show, when did this happen?
When we searched around, it was for ‘Dance India Dance’. Why was she hired for that show? Is she a really good dancer or a trained one? Not surprised we were not aware at all because we don’t watch reality TV shows, we don’t want to contribute to making these contestants’ be disappointed and lose hope. We were just thinking about it, perhaps these contestants should get into these shows by thinking that they are going to special school to train and better the talent that they already have; like a workshop. This is a much better tagline than promising them huge contracts or big films to act in. Didn’t KJo and Rohit Shetty do that reality show about India’s biggest superstar? Then what happened? When they had to cast for their film together, they opted for a star kid.
The only people that are laughing all the way to the bank are the judges and the makers of this show. The rest are left to deal with the empty void they suddenly find themselves in after the show ends. Sad state of affairs. Speaking of sad state of affairs, did you see this New York Times cover this morning?
You know why she was there?
She has been fighting to get this lady out of prison. In all, she is fighting for prison reform. It is nice that she cares. Maybe she should also look into getting her husband some help.

Bollywood Blind Item
THE trials and tribulations of this sultry actor never cease to amaze us. The lady was signed up as a judge for a talent show, but her airs and tantrums made the producers cut short her stint. As soon as she found out that she was being sacked, the lady issued a statement saying she was pulling out of the show for her film commitments. We hear the producers let her have her way, so long as she was out of their sets pronto. Ouch.
OSOP Guesses
Sultry Actor: Chitrangda Singh
Show: Dance India Dance
I think this woman is just lazy….she is talented, she is beautiful – I find it hard to think with all the independent movies being made out there, she would not have any work. But she seems to be clamoring more for stardom (and its trappings – wealth, fans, endorsements, public recognition, freebies, fawning, glitz and glamour) than just an acting career. But even Stardom, she is not really willing to work hard for it, or pay her dues. All said and done, the likes of Katrina and Jacqueline have neither acting talent nor god given looks, but they do work really, really hard at every job they get. Which is sad, because Chitrangada really does have both talent and beauty.
Admin, did you watch allah duhai hai from Race 3.. I couldnt stop laughing….
First the teaser, then the first song Heeriye, second song selfish and now the third song.. all these made me laugh so much.. Salman is not even trying … His dance steps, dialogues, action and even lip syncing have laziness written all over them….
Not yet. Have not watched any of the videos you guys are talking about. Hopefully, by tomorrow, we will get to do it. 🙂 On your comments regarding the video, can you blame him? Poor guy literally has to carry the weight of so many people on his shoulders, obviously it’s going to take a toll on his body!
The video has some really funny reactions from the viewers….
What about that show kjo-rohit shetty????not heard about that show anymore is starplus end show without any winner
Poor ratings got it cancelled..
I don’t understand. they are out of work, as soon as somebody pities them and gives them work, they act like they are the queen. how can they be so megalomaniac?
@admin, is it true that average acting skills, good set behaviour, good rapport with almost all bigshots will keep you getting work( supporting work)?
What you are saying is valid in any working industry: you butter up the boss or the person with enough power to help you move forward. The only difference in the entertainment industry is it’s more of the ladies that get favours than the guys. Ultimately, it’s the superstars and top stars who get to decide on their leading ladies. If not stars, then it’s the producers that have this much power to cast the ladies they want.
Might be because TV work is hard and might not be worth the money for all the time they have to spend on the sets just to shoot an episode.
