There have been several blind items regarding Deepika’s and Ranveer’s relationship status and Deepika too was asked about it at a recent event. Obviously, she must be bothered that these rumours have been going around for some time now since both her and Ranveer weren’t in India. If you are wondering why she had to clarify, well, it’s because when producers hear that Deepika got engaged, they might rethink about hiring her to be in their films. You know, like Sanjay Leela Bhansali did to Kareena Kapoor, when she announced she was getting married when she signed ‘Ram Leela’.
