After releasing a statement in January about Kate Middleton’s abdominal surgery, Kensington Palace said at that time that the Princess of Wales would take time off until Easter to recuperate.
For the past two weeks or more, all the noise online about Kate and her well-being was becoming worse, especially with the blunders committed by the palace.
Just two days back, a royal reporter claimed that those who made fun of Kate and her situation would be shocked and ashamed when the truth is revealed.
Just a couple of minutes ago, it was revealed that there will be a royal announcement.
And now here it is.
Kate, Princess of Wales, in her own words, addresses the public in a video, talking about her diagnosis, and finally, asking for time, space, and privacy as she goes through treatment. She didn’t forget to address William and their kids, and thanked the public for their support and concern. She also gave support to all those suffering from cancer and told them to please do not lose faith or hope.
Though the palace did not reveal what type of cancer, which is what they also refused to comment on when they revealed Charles’ diagnosis. Such a strange coincidence that both Kate and Charles are being treated for cancer.
In a way, Kate was forced to appear on video to announce her cancer diagnosis due to the way the media and others online have been analyzing deeply about everything regarding her.
They claimed they had a right to know what she was suffering from and all that.
Here’s wishing Kate a speedy recovery and the courage to go through this.
