Paan Singh Tomar, Irrfan Khan, Annu Kapoor, Dolly Ahluwalia, Kahaani, Vicky Donor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Parineeti Chopra win National Awards 2013

     

    The National Awards have been announced and this time, the jury panel decided to go for something that is worthy of the awards. A lot of people were sad that ‘Barfi’ didn’t get anything, when considering the fact that it was India’s official entry to the Oscars, but I guess the panel must have known at the heavily inspired scenes in the film, which is why they opted against it. The list consists of names that other commercially made award shows chose to avoid. Check out who made it this year.
