Trailer of Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’ was released online. Read on and don’t miss on voting at the end.
‘Radhe’ directed by Prabhu Deva was supposed to release last year but to lockdown and the pandemic, cinemas were closed, so there was no way to release the film then. Besides, at that time, the shooting of ‘Radhe’ was still going on. The post-production, which included VFX, was yet to be settled.
Earlier this year, Salman Khan sent out a statement to assure theater owners that he will be releasing his film ‘Radhe’ in cinemas, come what may. As it is, the situation in India is at its worst so a release at the moment or even some weeks later might not be the best decision.
But things are much better overseas where the film might have a decent run in cinemas. People are going to the movies in some countries so maybe that’s what the makers are targeting here.
Besides a release in cinemas on May 13, the film will also be available on ZEE5’s pay per view medium ZeePlex on the same day, which makes ‘Radhe’ the first Hindi film to be released at the same time on multiple platforms. So fans of Bhai can either watch it at home or go to cinemas.
‘Radhe’ is produced by Salman and Sohail, his brother. It’s directed by someone who has no problem with taking orders on how to direct by Salman. It stars Sallu’s favorite Bhidu, Randeep and Disha. Wonder if he had to choose between Disha and Katrina for this film?

What kind of fans are these?
Yes, it seems Bhai has broken his own no-kiss clause! But wait a minute, upon closer look, this is what the scene looks like:
Yes, she has tape covering her mouth. It’s how Bhai does kissing, kebab-mein-haddi-style. Emraan Hashmi has nothing to worry about! But then again, that’s not his x-factor anymore.

Well, wonder who that will be? Even that lady from Romania is wondering as well!
Anyway, this is a Prabhu Deva film so this kind of scene is expected. It could have been worse but in Bollywood, what could be more disgusting than a 50+ year old man doing this kind of liplock with the brand ambassador of Maldives who could have also been his daughter’s age if Bhai got married early!
Can’t really comment on the trailer yet, but feel free to drop in your thoughts.

By the way, there was a blind item years ago about this superstar asking the young GF of a young star out for coffee. Many guessed then it was HR but now looking back, it might as well have been Bhai ’cause he doesn’t really care who’s dating who.

For years now,I’ve been hearing about the end of Katrina’s career. Please stop it. She’s doing well. Even if she doesn’t get three to four films a year, her makeup business seems to be doing well. She’ll be fine.
I’m not even a fan but I’m tired of seeing such predictions.
Salman’s career is almost over. Very few people might see his movie. Would be surprised if the movie works. Hits/flops don’t appear important to him anymore.
Disha somewhere does appear convinced that tiger might not marry and treat her like how other star kids do to outsiders. So her priority would be to work in as many movies as possible, make money and go, very similar to the footsteps of kriti. Hence, who is her costar, age difference wouldn’t matter.
As far as kat is concerned, she is doing few movies where she is the lead because kjo and rk have destroyed her little leftover career which is on it’s last legs.
Akshay is 53 and Kiara is 27 but no one complained about their age difference when Laxmi released last year. Aamir was 53 when he did Thugs of Hindustan with Fatima Sana Shaikh who was 26 at that time. Akshay is working in a movie Prithviraj with Manushi Chillar who is 23. Everyone blames the male actors but why do these women accept these roles? No one forces them to act with these older stars in a romantic pairing.
No one complained when Akshay was romancing Kiara in Laxmi? Seriously? No matter how fit Akshay is he aged really badly last 3-4 years and looked really weird with Kiara, people were calling them as an uncle and niece jodi. What about Amir and Fatima in Thugs of Hindustan. I guess no one watched the movie to know if they are couple in the movie or not. No matter which 50+ actor is romancing 20+ actress be it SRK, Salman, Akshay, Amir or Ajay it is GROSS! And young actresses accepting these roles because 1. They need hit movies to survive in Bollywood which superstars can give and 2. If a young actress would refuse a movie with superstar then she may have problems, you know these big stars have even a bigger ego which not everyone can afford to hurt
The trailer looks as outdated as any regular Salman movie, he may try hard but he looks too old playing this boyish roles and romancing 20 years girl and whose idea was to remake seeti mar song from Allu Arjun movie? I mean you are taking one of India’s best dancer’s song and remaking its hindi version with an actor who can barely move? They did it once with Allu Arjun’s Ringa Ringa song and turned it into Bhai’s dhinka chinka where Salman only walks and as a main step just lazily moves his hands in the pockets
So wait disha gave bhai favors and thats why we saw her in that bharat and now Radhey…..hmm, i guess Kat must be feeling threatened.
Katrina Kaif seems to be a smart woman is already diversifying her image to move away from being a side chick. After RK she knows her time is coming to an end especially with SK getting older himself and she can only do the same dance act for so long…hence her beauty brand. Just my take on things.
The only thing about that movie is that Bhai isnt paired with Kat, which would have made the movie more of a snoozefest, with same ole same ole. I would actually watch the movie to see what chemistry he and disha has but then you gone and spoil it by pointing out she has tape over her mouth lol
While I agree with your main point – it’s ugly seeing these young girls paired up with old men – surely the woman also has a certain amount of choice here too ? If she is not happy with the age of the lead actor, she can refuse the movie . The problem here is most actresses scheme to work with certain actors hoping it will catapult them to fame too.
