Vidya Balan Receiving her first Best Actress National Award for The Dirty Picture

I always thought that Vidya Balan is one of the actresses, who truly deserve a national award. But I would have thought it would have been for one of her best performances in ‘No One Killed Jessica’, but she got it instead for ‘The Dirty Picture’.
